Transfer to editing app (CapCut or InShot)

Export in 1080x1920, H.264 codec, high bitrate (1216Mbps if possible)

Open Instagram, state at weird hour (2-4am maybe?), upload manually (no auto-share from editing app)

Add captions and cover manually.

Boom. Done. Looks solid. Sounds even better.
